Any captain can easily use our original tool to clear the tell-tale from sand –  mud – and other debris that can stop your outboard from circulating water. The tell-tale gives the boater a visual confirmation that the engine is pumping water. Remember, if the tell-tale is not pumping water you can have BIG PROBLEMS that may result in engine overheating and extensive repairs.
